Will I see the scope before work begins?
Yes. We provide a written alteration scope, and any extra work is only started after approval.
When do I receive a quote for redesign work?
For redesign projects, we prepare a concept review first. Final pricing is quoted after the garment and materials have been assessed.
How can I book an appointment?
Appointments are available by phone, email, contact form, or fitting appointment. Weekday visits are by appointment from 09:00 to 19:00.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payment, bank transfer, and cash on collection.
